I would guess with a power washer. Did you get a refund? What a waste. Good luck.

Same problem with a deck finish I bought, appaerently there is remover that you roll or brush on ans let it sit for1/2 - 1 hr. and then use power washer to rinse off. I am going to check it out when I go to the city on the weekend I'll let you know what it is called.

I have had so many issues getting my old peeling Restore
off my decks. The only remedy I found was pouring boiling water on the paint,
