Yes. Definitely add shutters. Also, add some greenery and foliage near front of house in layers for your climate. It will change everything.

sample some softer shades of neutral...making sure the colors have gray in the base to modernize the palette. the stone work is beautiful! take your color cues from the stones and the grout lines. keep us posted!

Deep sage or olive, love your home design.

I like it the way it is! The peach over the door removes the blah. Subtle, instead.

I’d skip the shutters. The windows have the wide framing. I think both is a bit much.

If you don’t like the color, happyallison & Dana have it right - sage or olive would be a good choice with the stone, brick, & lovely wooden door.

Light indigo

I don't mind the color of the siding, but I would get rid of paint that's trying to match the brick, replacing it with a darker shade of grey or brown. A contrasting shade of door would help too.

This is one time I would suggest painting the brick while using the same color on the siding. I think it will make your home look taller and more important. I would also rather see the stone at the pillars be the one natural color.

Sherwin Williams SW 2860 sage would brighted that house up and if you go with shutters use a contrasting color on them. They have a visualizer tool on sherwin williams website that you might find helpful when you can see it applied on a photo.
