Bathroom VS Kitchen cleaning products

Are the products you use to clean in your kitchen the same ones you use in the bathroom? Would you consider using the same products for both rooms?

I use whatever is handy to whatever room I am in. I have grown very fond of denatured alcohol for shiny surfaces, however. Dilute 1 part alcohol to 3 parts warm water. Funny story about cleaning: my son's significant other came to visit. As the very long visit drew to a close she asked if there was anything she could do to help us tidy. I asked her to clean the bathroom the two of them had used. I gave her cleaning supplies and went on my way to the rest of the house. After they left i went to strip the sheets and looked in the bathroom. There on the bottom of the tub was the toilet scrub brush!!!!! I was aghast and immediately cleaned the tub again. Later I began thinking about how various people clean and realized that a toilet scrub brush is the perfect size for cleaning the bathtub. Smart girl. But I do have a toilet brush now that is labeled TUB CLEANING ONLY.

Thanks for the great cleaning tips. I've been using vinegar and water on shiny surfaces in the kitchen and it works great...but I'm not fond of the scent it leaves behind. In the bathroom I clean with lavender scented clorox diluted with 3 parts water. But, I've always got to be careful to wear all white when using.

I use the same products. As long as they disinfect and clean, they're all the same. I use vinegar on glass.

If you use organic, eco-friendly, green products, you can use them to clean both kitchen and bathroom because they cannot harm or damage any kind of surface. Cleaning bathroom using lemons and vinegar is similar. However, if you use bleach to clean the bathroom, I don't think you would use it in the kitchen, too, because most of the surfaces in any kitchen would be damaged if bleach would be applied on them. Just imagine what would happen if you used bleach on your quartz or granite countertop or on your wooden floors! Most of the cleaning companies use different products to clean kitchens and bathrooms and this is what Maids Prime does, too.

I have kitchen cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom cleaning products in the bathroom. The products are meant for the surfaces in each room. As few chemicals as possible, as little odor as possible, always there when you heed them.
