My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The body color is Sherwin Williams 7642 Pewter Cast. The trim is Sherwin Williams 7674 Peppercorn. Good luck with your project!

    just want to confirm the colors used here- you say the trim is peppercorn, but when I look that up it is black. And is the color of the house Pewter Cast from Sherwin Williams? Thinking about taking this picture for a color match because we love the colors you used so much :) Thank you!

    This looks like SW Pavestone on the exterior. My house is SW Pavestone and looks the same.
