Is the fireplace decorated with shiplap? and where can I find the accent chairs ?

Fireplace does have shiplap above the mantle. The furniture was from a staging company hired by the builder. I do not have the information. I was the designer for the builder to make all of the selections for the build (finishes, fixtures, etc.).

Regarding your comment nana3sara, you do need to be very cognisant of mirror placement due to what you're reflecting. I too would advise not putting a mirror over a mantle due to exactly as you stated. Artwork is preferred. I personally also prefer not installing TVs over fireplaces.
