I like the 2nd concept best. Do you have to have the storage unit? You could have a really nice shower. Look into wet rooms.

I vote for free standing bath 1. In your first option it's almost impossible to get into the bath; the faucet is in the wrong place and it looks like if the thought was; oh, we have some space left, let's put a bath in it.
In the last design the placing of the toilet seems a little odd to me

Of the 3, definitely free standing bath 1 - best use of space. Drop in looks too crowded and I'd hate to be perched on the throne when someone opened the door in free standing bath 2. That might work if you put a privacy wall there, but then you're crowding, again.
