My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floor is a 7" white3 washed oak. It's Portofino in Terrazzo oak.

    How did you like the turnout of the Portofino Terrazzo floors? Im considering these for my house for that lighter wood/white washed look. I have yet to see it in person (besides a sample board) and I see some photos it looks darker and some it looks really really light and white looking.
