This room needs help! Suggestions for coffee table or alternative? (The trunk is just there temporarily; can't wait to get rid of it). Hubby likes the couches against the walls as shown. Entertainment unit is opposite couch on left, and photo is taken standing by entrance to room. I've always thought that I've central coffee table would be too large/ take up too much if the floor/ be too far from couches. I tried small tables in clusters but couldn't get it to work. Any other suggestions for this room are welcomed- it needs a ton of help. We are still redecorating after being displaced for nearly a year thanks to hurricane sandy trashing our home, and I've just lost my designing mojo. We also have 2 kids 2 and under and this is our main living space so all must be kid- friendly. Thanks - I could really use the help!
