Wow you have a wonderful spacious kitchen :-) Your choices of granite, paint, flooring sound amazing and will be beautiful with either color cabinets you choose. I am very partial to white cabinets cabinets, I like the very classic look, and white is timeless. Have you considered using both? Cabinets all in white, and the island in black, or uppers in white and lower cabinets in black.
What about your back splash, window treatments, and fabrics for the island stools, have you chose an accent color? I would not put the 4" granite back splash in your new kitchen, I would leave it painted. I think your lights will still work well in your new kitchen. Good luck
