We made the light fixtures with branches from our yard.

We are renovating our home, which is nestled in the woods, and I love this idea. Do you mind sharing how you affixed the branches to the lights?

The branches are attached to the frame via small wire. The frame is attached to the ceiling to support the weight of the fixture. The lights are also attached to the frame. It is dangerous to hang the branches from the lights as it can pull the electrical wire, damage the insulation and cause a short circuit.

But how did yup make the light fixture itself?

The fixture - I assume that you are referencing the branches - is supported on a wood frame, you may be able to see it if you expand the photo, and the frame and branches are bound together by tie wires.

thanks, but I meant the electrical part. The metal and wires. How did you construct that? Or And is it hardwired? Thank you!
