So I have a cherry laminate throughout my downstairs condo. My toilet leaked and caused warping so now I have to change the bathroom floor out. The laminate is discontinued so I thought I should go with something totally different and have the laminate capped at the doorways. Its not a large room just about 6.5 x 5.5. Paint is blue, white vanity with yellowish countertop. And the shower (not bathtub) is white tile with white grout.

Since it's a small space I can afford something nice, but the condo is not upscale (built in 1964 with no upgrades since) Any Ideas to make it pop more but not look too nice for the rest of the room? Thanks for any advice, I am a real dork in this department!
