Hi, are you trying to download your images into a Project, Ideabook, or a discussion post?

Also, may I ask what browser you're using?

I tried to attach a drawing to a discussion. My browser is google chrome.
I have now installed houzzbooklet. I keep my photographs on Picasa.
Now I'll try attaching a drawing that I have saved. You can see the file
name "newensuite.jpg" but not the image. I'm obviously missing a step.

I'm able to see your photo just fine. Try uploading the image again by creating a another discussion post:

Make sure your files are in jpg format. That's the best way to ensure they will upload properly.

I'll try loading the file into Picasa first then it will become a .jpg file.
