Can the paint colors have such an impact where it would deter a purchaser from buying a home. I have painted a house earthy neutral tones like the HC-81 BM, but some people are telling me that the greys are in and I would not get the value am looking for with the HC81. Thoughts?

I think the colour you've chosen is fine as it's still a neutral. Yes, grey is in right now but it's more trendy and will pass whereas Manchester Tan is timeless. Good luck with the sale!

Gray is very trendy right now, yes, but a classic color like Manchester Tan is not going to make or break a real estate deal. I think when everyone gets tired of gray they're going to be coming back to warmer neutrals anyway.

I think there are gray people and tan people, I have never had tan or beige walls ever and probably never will. I think in some ways it's like some like gold jewellery and some silver.You can never please everyone so just leave it.
