My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I had the same question...assuming 24" tile floors, I come up with 28' wide, guessing 16~-18' high and open ended to the outside. Hope this helps.

    So sorry to take so long to reply. That outdoor room is 29'-7" x 13' and the ceiling is about 13'-6" tall. The 13' dimension feels bigger than it is because we made sure the floor was continuous with the pool surround. If you have a drop-off or have to have a railing, i recommend 15' as the minimum, more is obviously more luxurious.
