Both should be easy to maintain. The paint will not rub off if you get the correct paint. Make sure you speak to a local paint store for recommendation and discuss how to prep your floor/ slab. You want to make sure the paint/ stain penetrates and grabs into concrete pours. If there is any concern with moisture i would not recommend an epoxy finish which may bubble due to moisture trying to get through surface.
