Tan floors, white metalwork and bright blue/white/green windsocks. Solar lighting that looks like Chinese paper lanterns?

Too late on the metal work. Just had it painted black! Would the tan decking still work?

Perhaps something I can pick up at Lowes or HD. I think it will need to be a solid stain. But I don't want it to look too grayed out either,

Finally decided on a tanish gray solid stain. I couldn't bring myself to go darker because it would be too hot on the feet. The lighter color will be in step with the newer updated docks using a concrete surface. I need to address the broken concrete on the walkway to the stairs into the water. It steps down, about a 12" grade to the wooden landing. Ideas? It can be seen in the first picture.
