Like most quartz products this will perform better than most black countertop alternatives, so cleanup will indeed be easier, though other products may or may not hide a watermark better depending on their finish. Unfortunately I don't have a record of this backsplash. Perhaps someone else recognizes it?

Viatera is a very cheap quality, We install one in August. Will have to change for another supplier
