Note how the two white chairs give a country feel... different accessories would give a different feel to the whole thing. Note the taupe windows give a softer look, even with white trim, compared to the white windows.
A punchy two color scheme (brick and dark gray). Can work on small houses or larger transitional or contemporary ones. This roof has kind of a cedar look (more brown gray than blue gray). The dark gray is popular now, and brick is a classic finish, so this combo will stand the test of time much much better than the houses being put up now with all gray siding.
This is nice with the cedar roof, two colors of metal trim, and windows in (white? Almond? Cream? Green beige?) with gray brown trim that picks up the roof color. Plus it has a little shed dormer. The cedar helps get a timeless and classic look rather than a look that's just nice and inoffensive. The landscaping puts the house firmly in "now". Other landscaping would leave this house looking well kept but dated.
This could work well. The white and teal give a cheery feel, while the cedar colored roof and brick are classic. Painting the concrete red works here. A welcoming look well suited to a small house. Will not look dated anytime soon because the brick, white, and roof are a classic combo. The personality added with the accent color is what makes this a "wow" .
