Inspiration photos for 28 Osborne Ave

Another master bath idea. Since the kids are smaller, this step would be a great thing to have!

This photo goes with the next two. I think this is a reasonably realistic family room option.
Q
Photo
The kitchen portion of the previous photo. The transition between the two rooms is great.

Another view of the kitchen. Love the open feel of it and the airiness. Not sure about the layout, but it's a good option.

If we don't do a waterfall counter, we'd love to us the end space for something practical. Wine is one option, but we could also do cookbooks or similar.
Q
Photo
We also need a new side gate. (Don't know if this has been mentioned!) We'd like something kind of pretty.
Q

This is a house in the neighbourhood with our ideal front porch, Love the traditional feel.
Q
Photo
A simple kitchen that would work for us. The cupboard mixes are good, but we'd prefer a bar counter rather than an island.
Q
Photo
Another family room idea with the fireplace and built-ins.
Q

We don't have many bathroom ideas marked because basically we want the one you showed us in the other house, but this one is close! Two sinks are definitely a plus!

Another element we'd like in the kitchen is a family command station. This isn't a perfect example, but gives an idea. We'd want something a bit bigger and more flexible, but like the idea of having it this close to the kitchen.
Q
Photo
This is the feel we'd want for the front porch. The stairs obviously can't be centred, but the feel of the posts and railings appeals.

Fireplace/built-ins.
Q
Photo
The sort of traditional fireplace we prefer.
Q

More built-in ideas. And the doors/windows are amazing, but we recognize that that much glass is probably not practical or within budget.
Q
Photo
Idea for family room built-ins around the fireplace. We won't be putting a TV above the mantel.
Q

LOVE this backsplash!
Q
Photo
We would love to do something interesting with the backsplash. This is one idea of the sort of thing that appeals to us.

Megan is intrigued by a waterfall counter. No idea about how that would work in our space. Any thoughts?
Q
Photo
Megan loves so many things about this kitchen. The colours are beautiful, the floor is gorgeous and the layout is amazing. A carbon copy won't work in our space, but this is the feel that really appeals.
Q

Julien is still keen on the idea of a tile floor in the kitchen; Megan is less convinced and would prefer hardwood throughout. This picture shows one floor transition she could live with.
Q
Photo
An idea for storage options. Something to help maximize accessibility and usable space.
Q
Photo
This would be an amazing addition to the kitchen! We really want to hide the electronics and open up the counter for other things.

Like the feel here with the different treatments for the cupboards. The options for the top cupboard storage work for us. I think we'd prefer a slightly different layout, but the bar is close.
