Instead of tongue and groove wood ceilings everywhere, is this ceiling look less expensive? Maybe do this in the bedrooms and office . JIM: no ceilings beams in plan for those rooms. Jim H says the plans for the bedrooms and the office call for tongue and groove ceilings with no beams. Plans should be changed so that the bathrooms and the laundry room have sprayed ceilings and not tongue and groove.
