My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Really like the light fixture. Would prefer the ceiling reversed to have lighter wash wood ceiling and darker beams. Or both in light wash. Chairs here would be a pain. After my hip surgery, I definitely prefer padded seat but I am DONE dealing with those tie on seat pads. Never again.

I like the light ceiling, maybe even in just a wash rather than solid? Not a huge fan of the light fixture but maybe? I like the scale and I'm a curve lover so this does combine a curved element with a more modern look...
