My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

No 1. This is our layout more or less! I like the units not reaching the bottom in the middle - poss put a light underneath? Different lights but in principle I like this. Not sure about wood units but would probably look lovely with the verdigris tiles. A shelf under the window is a cool idea.
