My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the idea of the beams coming all of the way down to the ground. Still too rustic looking though. I'm not sure about the stone wall around the bottom. I like it but probably adds a lot to cost.

Fireplace and slate floor although I would like the slate to be irregular. Beams are a bit too new looking, as well but getting close.
