Mary - Sofa color with floor and carpet. Do not like the coffee table. Paula - Dark and rich color. A bit somber, and sophisticated. I’d love to see you get light hardwoods or bamboo to set off your area rugs! (I don’t like the coffee table either.

Paula - Quite formal with marble countertops and brass metal finish. Looks a bit marine with the portal-like round mirrors.

Paula - This bathroom has a nice balance - round vessel sinks & simple, round mirrors to soften the square cabinetry. I like the oil rubbed bronze metal finish on the plumbing and lighting fixtures. Great quality of light for the bathroom with enclosed, opal glass. Love the contrast of dark and light.

Mary - Sort of modern French country Paula - Beautiful grey-blue cabinetry! I wish they had carried the brass / copper tones into the cabinet hardware.

Paula - Modern Contemporary. Flat front bamboo cabinetry with horizontal grain and cylindrical pendant lights scream Mid-Century-Modern! With a little tweaking this could work. Really love the open towel shelf.

Paula - This is a handsome bathroom with dark bronze metal and wood grain cabinets. I really like the dark hex tile floor and black (quartz?) countertops. The open shelving in the middle of the vanity is clever.

Not a well designed bathroom. The vertical cabinet is uninviting and splits the room up. This room has verticals and horizontals the cancel each other out.

Mary - Tom likes. Nice wide sink to capture splashes, and sufficient counter space for toiletries. Add a wall cabinet for more toiletries. Paula - I like this too. Clean porcelain vessel sink, wall mount faucet, diffused lighting, beautiful warm, pewter color unadorned cabinetry!

Mary - Tom likes the countertop and sink combo. Paula - This is nice. I am trying to figure out what the countertop and cabinetry is. The countertop looks like laminated quartz and wood and perhaps an enameled or acrylic vanity? Porcelain tile in the bathroom is great - non slip, low maintenance.

Mary - Warm feeling Paula - An open concept with elements to define areas. The brushed nickel pendant lights separate the kitchen from the living area. And a fireplace with a fire in it creates warmth and intimacy.

Paula - A large expanse if open shelving is an acquired taste. If staged well it can be lovely, but oftentimes it only appears cluttered.

Mary - Corner Desk, prefer open underneath. Paula - Somehow, I am not sure this is the office desk of your dreams. It is too boxy, heavy and traditional. Great that it’s a corner desk and a beautiful dark wood finish, but I think we can do better!
