My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Toilet behind a door is preferable if we have space but if we are short on space, it isn't necessary. We are flexible on this but preferred closed room if possible. BCR. SY: We got it for you!

nice to have a small bench in the shower, in fact it is a GREAT idea!! BCr. Dave and I both like either limited glass or fluted or frosted glass for privacy if we are both in room together SY: got it on all fronts.

I sort of like this but I like prefer real mirrors with frames to just cut out mirrors. although with this symmetry, it isn't bad. I don't like these particular hanging lights however, too cold
