I love the wood used on the peninsula, the concrete counters and the stain concrete floors. "Yes these floors are stained concrete with a clear sealer. The color is called tortoise shell made by Kemiko concrete stains. It is a wonderful color. You can see another sample in my profile in the home labeled Thomas Residence."
