My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the built in book shelves around the window and the desk in front of the window...and the extra chair/couch.

I’d like a transom over the french doors into the office (to let more natural light in). I also like the windowed doors into the office...not sure this of this specific style though.
