Patio that goes with the same house we liked, Dutch Colonial Rural Vineyard Gambrel. Fireplace could be rubble rock like on current house corners. (Lynn & Mom)

Only issue is that the covered patio looks a bit weird coming off-center in the back of the house. Lynn is not a fan of dormer windows, but Dutch Colonial may look strange without them. (PWV)

Probably would work with Dutch Colonial. Could have patio above for adjoining bedroom or office. Two rolldown insect and security screens would be great here as well. We'd request a sink, an in-counter ice cooler, under-counter garbage bin, grill, exhaust hood, and enough space for a wood block fish-cleaning area next to the sink. The only thing I worry about with this last request is attracting bears and racoons. (PWV)

Rolldown mosquito screens are great, as is a roofed outdoor area. Wonder if there can be roll-down security screen for times we are not there? Just need to add a grill, exhaust hood, sink, in-counter ice cooler, under-counter trash bin, and a partial wood block counter to clean fish. (PWV)
