Lots to like about this: wooden board siding, posts, integrating screened porch into the design of house rather than as an appendage (but such a porch needs to be weatherproof and easily hosed down). Interesting notion of the barn-like lower level for open living/dining/kitchen area and elevated sleeping with porch.

great use of multiple materials on exterior: planks, cedar shingles, stone with metal roof. All of these make me happy
