My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Like how the end of the kitchen would not be a wall of cabinets like a box, but continue towards patio access where we could have our coffee / liquor bar accessible from the patio.

I like the floorplan and positioning of this kitchen with mountain views as I cook, dining table with similar views, and island with no bar stools. Disregard kitchen style - more of a layout idea.
