Varying elevations are good. This arched portico is interesting but hate the tall arched window. Different materials and window/roof overhangs.

Love the look of this one. Varying elevations and the different materials, the overhangs on the top windows and over the bottom level the front porch (don’t like the arched portico with the sides on it). Also like window design.
