F: Kitchen and Living Room: Calming colors like gray and the marbled countertop, Rustic wood (ceiling beam) and brick (fireplace, wall outside), Bright/open space. Welcoming and clean looking (not cluttered).

F: Like the rustic farmhouse barn doors (possibly to give privacy to the guest bedroom/bathroom area when friends come to sleepover). Like how the metal wires on the deck are almost invisible (would like to keep our deck exactly as-is but add the wires so children don't fall through the holes).

F: Living room: Cozy and warm, lots of natural light, integrates/opens to nature, comfortable and spacious for hosting friends, great view, good/interesting ceiling, beautiful gray accent wall. Natural colors, slightly rustic/farmhouse but clean lines and a little modern.
