My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Office/Reading room. Love the idea of built in bookshelves and a built in bench. The ladder is a cute addition but probably will not have the room. I (Dave) would like the ability to work and read while looking at the lake.

Like the look of this kitchen cabinetry and the layout. This kitchen is very similar to our house in Shakopee. functional, and easy to move around in. Also the sink facing the lake is fantastic!
