Love exposed wood beams against white walls. Doug might like a concrete floor; maybe stain it a brown. Be cool if it had radiant heat.

Love the white tile walls combined with the Moroccan-esque turquoise/black/white cement tile floor. But I agree with Doug that it's too stark overall. And I dislike those sinks that try to look like bowls.

I like the clean look of the kitchen. The madrone countertop is lovely combined with the white cabinets and island. Also love the spacious, light-filled feeling of the high ceiling with the window above the door, which mimics our own kitchen/living room.

Like the colors and the stone-look shower tile, but would want shower to be fully accessible for Doug; step in with built in bench at the right height. Towel rack/hook close enough that he can grab it while seated in shower.
