My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like this as a privacy screen. Is it prone to mold? How much maintenance does it require?

I like the potential staircase to front door/landscape layout. We haven’t considered putting the entrance on the east sidenof the house. This could also work for the west side. Note: I Dislike this style of roof.
