Art Nouveau (1880s-1910s) The simple but curvy stained glass brings a feminine perspective to the design of the window. It includes nature and I feel like this piece represents this design period well.

Arts and Crafts: America (1880s-1930s) The tiling on the wall, singular furniture piece in the room, and flooring all look to be inspired from Morris Green dining room.

Neoclassical (1660-1798) I see the image as being inspired from this period because of the Sheraton chair deisgn and the intricate designs on the fireplace mantle

Rococo (1700-1760) This has many different elements that make me think of the Rococo period. First there is the shell-like motif on the bed frame, as well as the lamp design. The flower pattern on the curtains also inspired me to choose this photo.

Baroque England (17th-18th century) The table seems inspired by the Gibbons Carvings used during the Baroque period. It gives a heavy feel, paired with the dark stained wood.

English Renaissance (1485-1660) Wood panels reminded me of the composite panel work from the Renaissance period.

Gothic (1150-1550) Inspired by use of gargoyles, as was used during the gothic time period to ward off evil and water. The same standard crouched position is used.

Rome (510-60 BCE) This feels roman inspired because of the bathhouse arches I learned about in lecture. It makes the shower space much taller.

Greece (1000-146 BCE) I see this image as being inspired by the period because the design elements show the color, engraved pattern, and pillar architecture originating from Greece.
