My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi Pierina, Thanks for asking about the deck. The wood we used is 1x4 Ipe with a light penetrating sealer. We kept the color as natural as possible because we enjoy the way the wood lightens up with a little weathering. The surface has held up beautifully.
