My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the bars-simple, but the twist every 3rd bar is a nice touch. Would likely need them closer together. I like the small space between bars and floor so long as it's not so tall a baby could fit under it.
