My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

build some shelves onto the pegs - they can move and will be more stable so truly functional. love the shoes, but a bench you may lift might give storage at the door of any room for important stuff and you still have a surface to set things on to work, organize dressing... whatever
