Love the floors

I like the roof and how the solar cells kind of disappear because it blends with the color of the roof. I don’t want contrasting colors between the two because I don’t want to draw attention to the roof and the fact that there is solar there

The shower is too big but the master and at least one shower on the bottom level needs to have a sitting area in the shower for when we get old or have to bath our elder parents

I like the modern element of the railing

I hate how the living spaces are broken up. But I love the floors

Like how the upper level seating area is all About the views and large windows. I am a little concerned about if the glass is hurricane rated

Could a fire pit be worked into the outdoor design?

A sauna would be icing on top for health reasons

No step into shower and fog free walled mirror are a plus

I like how you can just walk into the shower with no step into and no ledge. This way if ever in a wheel chair can be wheeled into the shower

See both seating areas and how the cushion was placed on top of the support wall to make a functional seating location

I like the sitting area in the pool / the one beside it and I like the pool tile color

I like the clean lines and modern element (outdoor railing) that were incorporated to make this both a “traditional” Caribbean home with some modern elements

Need an outdoor grilling area love that this one is semi covered

Love how you step into the pool and you can hang out on the steps. Like the long pool. Hate how close the trees are to the pool and how potentially in 20 years the roots will upset the foundation and structure. Roots are the devil!

Hopes wishes and dreams for the master bedroom closet that I probably can’t afford. I like the ceiling design elements. However I fear it will be a hot box.

I like that you have both covered and uncovered outdoor space. I like that you can run away from the sun if needed. I also like the wood ceiling and lights inserted in them

There should be 1 bedroom that can fit two queen/full size sized beds I think this would be helpful from a renters perspective. The room should also be large enough to fit several large suitcases on the floor since there could be as much as four occupants of this space. Love the floor because there aren’t large grout lines and small tiles. I hate small 6x6 tiles on floors

I like the large floor tiles and the design element of wood shutters for the toilet doors. I like that the toilet is separate from the other functional areas of the bathroom I like how the tile runs all the way up the wall and how the shower can be accessed from the outside. I wish there was a seat in the shower

I like that when you wake up your view is immediately the water would like to see how we design that into the home

I like the large windows but have concern how they might sustain hurricane winds. How would you build hurricane shutters for them. Love how the air vents are in the ceiling about areas where people will congregate. It looks like an intentional design element

Love the cabinets they are both functional and practical while not being too dark. I like the air vent in the ceiling which cools down the chef while cooking. I like how the refrigerator & appliances are worked into the cabinetry and there seems to be lots of storage on the opposite wall as well. I also like that the upper cabinets are a contrasting color of white

I like the long galley kitchen which seats five at the island AND the contacted seated dining area which seats 10 and then the open space can go straight to the outside

I like the multi level home with multiple level outdoor areas even upstairs on the second & 3rd floor

Like the decking and the covered area but not sure if it’s practical if sun will be in your face when the sun starts to move

Love it all but concerned the top of the roof on the right will blow right off in a hurricane. Should the roof be concrete

I love the Asian style floating toilets and Toto bidets are a MUST in all bathrooms. Can Mandahl support tissue down the toilet

Love this whole picture love how the greenery are in large pots vs built into the landscaping because overtime the trees could shift the pool decking

Love the incorporation of this type of stone into the structure. I think it’s a bit overused here but I like the stone accent style and color
