Laurel Park ideas for Kevin

Idea of concealing bar in foyer?
Q
Photo
A lot more modern than I’m thinking but I do like the layout with ladder in middle and rails on top - four total all on one side. I think that works best with the room layout and window placement
Q
Photo
another beverage bar/appliance garage example. love how it make
Q
Photo
love a good appliance garage (or two if one for cooking and one for beverages). not sure how to incorporate that into the kitchen space
Q
Photo
book nook in basement - love including sconces, bookshelves, and think we should do a cabinet base that lifts up or pull out drawers below for storage
Q
Photo
thinking counterspace and storage probably doesn't make this practical but I love a classic pedestal sink with subway tile (maybe to chair rail) and wallpaper above look. want to go with classic looking bathrooms
Q
Photo
I like the warm cabinets, beams, butcher block, shaker style here
Q
Photo
NOT fancy like this one but just to give you an idea for the scullery - china, serving pieces, linens and probably fridge/freezer on the right and sink/dishwasher and counterspace on the left.
Q

Photo
like this mix of materials and the cream windows with a darker trim surrounding
Q
Photo
love this green color mixed with the natural stone and wood
Q
Photo
love this look for the entry (don't think it works for ours though with the skylights Karen has in plans)
Q
Photo
picture something along these lines for the outside fireplace - even though it will probably be wrapped in some kind of stone veneer/synthetic stone due to weight
Q
Photo
another view - possible idea for family room fireplace (versus all stone to ceiling)? To be honest we will probably have a TV above the fireplace I the family room though
Q
Photo
looks like it has been there forever - love the ceiling and the wall color and paneling. could totally see this in our family room and/or living room spaces
Q
Photo
love this combination of colors, materials, chimneys and chimney caps
Q
Photo
love how this kitchen looks classic - and probably the butcher block and soapstone together. furniture feet at the bottom and shaker style cabinets.
Q
Photo
maybe this color green for cabinets or walls in kitchen/family room? Love the ceiling beams too.
Q
Photo
not at all exactly what I'm going for but a few details I really like - dark (soapstone?) counters, moss green cabinets, paneling. not sure about brass in the mountains? Also contemplating how butcherblock would look on island to warm up the space?
Q
Photo
not a fan of the medium reddish brown palate on this home.
Q
Photo
pretty combination of building materials. also like the arch details

I love the balance of different exterior finishes here!
Q
Photo
flip side of rustic - this is way too modern for my taste :/
Q
Photo
I do love exposed beams and think this would be such a cool look in the original living room? maybe family room/kitchen too?
Q
Photo
this style is way too rustic for me - all the knotty pine, the carved furniture. not what I'm going for, but WOW the view!
Q
Photo
love the vertical paneling and not stark white color
