A lot more modern than I’m thinking but I do like the layout with ladder in middle and rails on top - four total all on one side. I think that works best with the room layout and window placement

thinking counterspace and storage probably doesn't make this practical but I love a classic pedestal sink with subway tile (maybe to chair rail) and wallpaper above look. want to go with classic looking bathrooms
