Could our toilet be separated like this?

I’m trying to get a sense of how our toilet will be separated within the bathroom. Will it be in its own little room with a closet door like this?

I like how this wall shelf goes all the way across. But I don’t like any of the colors or design. Also, what kind of drain is this? We need a drain that does well with lots and lots of hair.

I don’t like the colors, but I do like the low tub with wide edge that you can sit on and easily step over. We have to decide if we are doing a shower pole and curtain or glass slider door. Pros and cons.
