My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the checkered pattern of the cushions, the pillows and nailhead trim back, and the half-wall. Not sure why there is a long bench if the table seats 3 pepole, 2 of whose chairs block the bench.
