we need a headboard and art above our bed! I'm questioning my light mounted on the wall idea - I have seen some you can just mount without wiring...so not a total commitment...

maybe this style of cabinets? some flat some not? Wondering about being sure we tie in the rest of the house (kitchen and laundry room) so maybe hard mid century look is not good approach. I don't like the mirrors and lights

these wood tones are lighter than some others and I prefer this look - maybe I could get on board with beams like this instead of tongue and groove. This view is a little like ours is now - so I like seeing the connected finishes. I like wood/white combination and the fabrics on the bed/rug are neutral but feel warm. I'm pretty stuck on white walls
