we tend to like units like this for laundry, so need to be able to open/operate from top...lots of counter space for folding clothes and place to hang clothes

2nd piano we have is a smaller upright like this...not as difficult to find a place for it but I could also see it going somewhere in the living room vicinity.

one of our piano's is a big decorative upright like this one...interesting concept to have a place that feels natural for it, although I would want a few inches on either side to ensure space, arms to reach in and pull, etc.

bright living room, lots of windows for natural light, design and not just squared wall of windows, lots of lights for at night, french doors to patio. Fireplace is also an interesting mix between stone and white elegant traditional design.

I think I prefer a fireplace with the base you can set things on and offsets something falling in or out of the fireplace. Although I wouldn't want it to be too big.

this fireplace looks awesome, in this one the to ceiling stone kind of works well and goes with the vibe for the rest of the room/windows nice natural light, chandelier that makes it almost feel like an old English castle

elegant office with built in storage drawers, book shelves, setup for an office...likely has windows in line for easy viewing from logic place for executive desk. Although I'll likely have desk positioned with one side near wall with the hidden computer room (run wiring and cables through to monitors and KVM switches at desk). Desk also moved over to a cornerish area to ensure room for office chairs and murphy bed to be able to come down from wherever it is.

stone fireplace with mantle, not sure I will want a tv above like this...but having the option would be nice; would be ideal to have space setup opposite room for wiring etc. I would also want a flat open wall area that would make sense for TV as we have our own nice TV stand we've used for years.
