My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Backyard & Outdoor

We want a bad ass entertainment area in the backyard. The side yard will have a bunny pen in the corner. We would like to knock out the faux water fall rock wall and make more usable outdoor space and functional areas.
We would like a sauna, cold plunge area with the copper tub have and a private outdoor shower
An area to store gardening & pool tools that is hidden. Likely an existing closet.
A BBQ are that is closer to the house with an outdoor table for 6 and lounging area. Fire pit with cozy chairs and lounge chairs with unique shaded umbrellas
I like the outdoor area of Esperanza hotel as the landscaping plays a major role in the areas.

Bench by the palapa needs some love…like the idea of some easy to move throw pillows versus a huge cushion. Maybe pillows from living room can go there and get new ones inside.
