My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the flooring. Would want to make sure it's not too slippery when wet, though.

Cool floor!

Overall layout of the sinks and cabinetry seems really good and is basically what we currently have at home. Plenty of space for linens and electrical items (hair dryer, electric toothbrushes). Center drawer laundry hampers would improve it even more.

A seat is required. Planning ahead for possible grab bars in the future is important.

Center cabinet between two sinks is very convenient for holding blow dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc (and is what we currently have at home and very much like). A quad outlet in the cabinet is required.

Shower has no threshold and no glass and is tucked away in the corner (but presumably has sufficient light)

We currently have similar (chrome) scallop drawer pulls that we like. No need for the makeup table in between cabinets.

Center cabinet stands on a separate piece of granite. Overall, this is fancier than we like (i.e. no cherry cabinetry in the bathroom)
