My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the color of the cabinets and the cabinets themselves. Like the contrast of the darker island and darker beams. Love the warmth of the floor, but it could be contrasted a bit more.

This is so pretty - wood color, back splash, dark counters - not sure if it goes with everything else ... (table/chairs). I don’t want really dark flooring that shows a lot of dirt. Something with light and dark is ok.
