My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the landing at the turn instead of the diagonal step we currently have. We've also considered putting carpet on the stairs that lead up from the main to the second floor and this is an interesting way of handling the turn with the carpet and the rails changing from one side to the other.
