From inside the loft - love the skylight. Watching stars at night would be lovely. I also love that the glass here gives us parents additional viewing area but is safer than an opening.

Another loft view. If we could somehow get a ladder than could easily fold/slide up out of reach of tiny kiddo hands, that would be even better.

A little semi-private niche like this in the play/media room would be amazing. Probably without the stairs to keep it safe for really little ones. Would be wonderful for a quiet reading space/sleeping space for kiddos.

We envision having some sort of lounge/seating area in the back on the first/ground level, though hopefully not as dark as seen here. This pool though - if we could have a small plunge pool (not this long), with a few steps extending the full length of the pool, that would give little ones somewhere to stand and splash while big kids & adults could enjoy a deeper plunge.

Simple covered entry - love this door style (letting light in but still private) - even the light fixtures and house number type are spot on.

Since we'll have young children visiting for the next several years (including our own), we're wondering how feasible it is to add a glass surround by the pool (assuming we have room for said pool). Especially if the pool is very close to the house.

Great example of the size walk-in pantry we'd like in the kitchen. Love the sliding door, and that it's a nice size but not huge.

Using plants instead of the half-wall here, we love the idea of having a narrow walkway on the side of the house leading to the back yard, especially if there's a lovely view at the end of the path. Love the cozy seating areas that could be great private spaces for folks when we have larger groups over.

We have this image of a partial wrap-around deck on the second and third levels. The second would also include a screened porch just outside the living area (open, non-screened area outside the kitchen). Minus the pool on the second level, this is the style we love, and how we envision the deck could look.

We *love* the idea of having a pass-through window from the kitchen to the dining area on the deck.This would make cooking outdoors much easier, and I love that here it's kind of an additional bar space.

I am in LOVE with this bedroom as a guest room. I can picture this on the second level, with the sun room to the left (photo left) at the front corner of the house. Window above the bed as seen here - love the interior shutters.

Office nook - replace window seat with built-ins, possibly with high windows above for natural light that doesn't interfere with computer screens. Simple built-in cabinets to house router and other electronics and office supplies. Outlets inside cabinets to keep cords away from little hands.

Master bath mini closet for a few towels and bubble bath/candles. :)

3rd floor linen closet should be something like this, where we can keep extra linens and cleaning/bath supplies (up high out of the way of little hands). Not a huge closet, but enough to keep us from needing a ton of storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

The landscaping concept on the right, for privacy. I love the idea of having landscaped tropical flowers and trees planted into a small mound (like blockade runner) so that all the plants are easily accessible, and easy to maintain, plus adds privacy

Outdoor entertaining space below, with (hopefully) a small pool added. We really want a grill and possibly a sink & mini fridge included, but aren't sure if that's possible so close to the water.

LOVE the shower area (perhaps with one wall to the right for slightly more privacy), and love the house itself. Color and style.

This is a larger version of the infinity edge pool concept, with the hot tub built within it. Also, this could easily have an automatic pool cover set up with it as well, which would be really handy.

Same kitchen as seen before, with a better view of the dining area. I'd consider a window seat here for additional conversation areas, but not anywhere else in the house. :)

My favorite master of all time - the size, the ceiling with skylights, the placement of the seating area (with sofa facing the windows). It feels open but still private and bright. I'd have the entry be just to the left, with a bathroom on the right as you come into the room (instead of where it is here), and a closet on the left, in the space behind the mirror. Add more windows on the far wall, and possibly a wrap-around deck.

this closed-in shower, with a built-in seat added. Keep the tile, add steam for Jordan. Love that this bathroom isn't huge, but room for a tub would be nice.

I absolutely love this kitchen layout and style. Everything we need is in a good-sized space, with an eat-in area with a view. We'd love to add more windows on the side (where the stove is, so probably move that), and add a small table just outside on the deck for a breakfast/coffee spot. And somewhere in there a small walk-in pantry.

I love this covered deck area, but the only thing it needs is a series of really big skylights to let lots of light into the bedroom
